ABOUT ME

I’m Vicki Taylor, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, who nerds out on how to live a healthy life without sacrificing enjoyment.

My athletic background started in the pool when I was 4 years old. I swam competitively until my mid-twenties, placing in multiple events at the national level for USMS and competing in USA Swimming events. I recently came out of “swim retirement” to train long distance and endurance swim races.

Formerly, I was a barre instructor at The Dailey Method in Oakland and Berkeley, and joined CycleBar in Berkeley in 2016 as their lead instructor, which fused my love of fitness, community, and music. I’ve raced triathlons and am always looking for my next big athletic challenge.

I have lived all over the country, and called California home for 24 years. I currently reside in Burlington with my sassy dog, Sadie. When I’m not working with clients, I’m getting outside for hikes, paddling Lake Champlain, or simply enjoying the company of good friends.
