I offer virtual* personal training for people wanting to improve their strength, athletic performance, mobility and flexibility, lose weight, or prevent injuries. Each program is created for your unique goals and abilities.

TRAINING FOCUSES:

Resistance & Strength Training - These programs are designed to help clients gain muscle mass and strength, promote weight loss, decrease risk of injury, improve cardiovascular health, build up bone density, and improve coordination. Programs are adjusted to your unique goals to include general balance, mobility, corrective exercises, and more.

Sport-Specific Training - Athletes looking to gain a competitive edge will benefit from sport-specific training programs. In our coach-athlete relationship, we will work on strengthening muscles and movement, while increasing mobility and preventing injuries. Programs may include agility drills, strength conditioning, plyometric and power work, improving balance and body awareness, stretching and mobility drills. For optimal performance, training should begin at least 3 months prior to a race competition or event.

Pre- & Postnatal - Finding a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer is so important when you’re searching for safe and effective training programs that will keep you healthy. As a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach, my programs stay focused on the your goals, energy levels, changing body and abilities, and overall health going into child birth and after. Clients will learn ways to stay strong and find relief as added pressure grows on the body. Sessions include but aren’t limited to stretching, light cardio and strength training (depending on fitness level and specific needs), and pelvic floor connection.

Mobility - Mobility improves the range of motion of our joints and muscle flexibility. These sessions are beneficial for those wanting to move more freely in their body without pain. Overtime, clients will notice improved posture, circulation, movement efficiency and coordination, reduced muscle tightness, and better circulation.

Barre & Core Strength - Barre-styled and core training sessions focus on strengthening and toning muscles with lighter or no weights. Clients will work muscles in contracted, smaller ranges of motion, also known as isometric contractions, to build balance and stability, flexibility, and bone density.

Animal Flow - Animal Flow is a ground-based, bodyweight movement program. It combines elements from disciplines such as breakdancing, parkour, and hand balancing with animal locomotion pattern. The movements can performed alone, or combined into "flows" where you are linking different elements into a continuous chain of energy and movement. It can be practiced by individuals of all skill levels.
