Terms and Conditions

All purchases and subscription sales are non-refundable. To receive the best, life-long benefits from fitness and nutrition programs, clients should follow program guidelines as designed and reach out to me immediately with any questions. The client should not change the program design without approval by the coach.

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a session (virtual or in-person), it is the client’s responsibility to notify me within 24 hours. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be considered a used session and deducted from the series package or membership.

Please be on time for virtual or in-person. Sessions will end as scheduled. If your coach is running late, the coach will notify the client as soon as possible. In cases when a session may need to be canceled due to the coach’s illness, injury or technology issues, the coach will notify the client as soon as possible and the session will be rescheduled for a future time.

To cancel a monthly coaching subscription, the client must notify their coach 48 hours in advance of the next automatic payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule a call, it must be made within 24 hours. Coaching calls that are left unused will not rollover to the next month.

Disclaimer

As with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. As a  participant in fitness programs, you assume responsibility for these potential risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. Please consult with a physician before beginning an exercise regime or if you have medical conditions that might impact your ability to participate in this training program.

Upon purchase of any fitness or coaching program, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
