STRENGTH TRAINING FOR SWIMMERS

LEVEL 2 PROGRAM

SWIM STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

  • 16 total workouts

  • Set goals and put them into action

  • Challenging full body strength training & cardio conditioning

  • Mobility and flexibility focuses

  • This program includes more advanced exercises from the Level 1 program, and can modify for any ability.
